摘要 "工学结合"是高职教育人才培养的基本途径和显著特征,实践证明,"工学交替"的实习制度具有更好的实训绩效。本文运用博弈论的方法对合肥财经职业学院农商学院校企合作的实习实训进行分析,探讨了在实习实训过程中构建OJT实践教学体系的制度安排。 "The combination of learning with working" is a basic approach to the training of talents in higher vocational education and has become one of its striking features. Practice has proved that the internship system of "alternation of learning and working" leads to better training performance. This paper applies Game Theory to the analysis of training by means of cooperation between schools and enterprises in School of Agriculture and Commerce in Hefei Vocational College of Finance and Economics and explores the institutional arrangement of constructing practical teaching system of OJT in internship training.
