摘要
在就业形势严峻的背景下,农村籍大学生的就业前景堪忧。应分析农村籍大学生就业困难产生的原因及由此引发的连锁反应,在此基础上,从学校层面探讨针对农村籍大学生开展职业指导工作时的具体内容及方法。
The highly competitive employment situation poses lots of difficulties to college students from the countryside. This paper analyzes some factors that lead to their disadvantage in the labor market and the chain reactions caused by this situation, with the aim to propose specific and effective measures to higher education institutions in their career orientation for college students from the countryside.
