摘要
当前,隐性职业素养的欠缺成为影响高职学生就业和职业发展的瓶颈。职业指导作为高职教育的重要内涵,必须以职业能力标准为导向,以学生全面、协调、可持续发展为目标,创新职业指导理念,探索职业指导模式,多途径强化学生隐性职业素养培育和塑造的过程性指导,从根本上提升学生的就业竞争力和职业发展后劲。
From the perspective of Iceberg Model, the lack of invisible career quality proves a disadvantage to students in vocational college in their career selection and development.To improve the situation and to enhance students" competitiveness in the job market and their potential for further career development, career orientation, as one of the key components in higher vocational education, should be oriented towards students" professional abihiy, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. New models should be explored in career orientation and the cultivation of invisible professional quality should be improved in multiple ways.
