浅谈民办高校辅导员队伍稳定性建设

随着我国高等教育的不断发展,民办高等教育在各级政府的扶持下蓬勃兴起并迅猛发展。文件《教育部关于加强高等学校辅导员班主任队伍建设的意见》明确指出:"辅导员是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是高等学校从事德育工作,开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人"。由此可见,辅导员在学生思想政治教育、学习指导、就业指导、心理危机干预等方面的重要作用。正因如此,辅导员队伍稳定性建设,将间接影响民办高校正常办学。

Based on the Several Opinions on the Improvement in the Teaching Quality of Higher Vocational Education in an All-Round Way issued by Ministry of Education, the vocational colleges are imperative to give great impetus to the work-integrated education, in so doing, to lay stress on the practice-oriented training, and optimize the personnel training mode by and large. From the analysis of the internship of students from Fuzhou Straits Vocational College, this paper is to shed light on the significance of the internship： it facilitates to establish the teaching mode oriented to students＇ capacity building, and promote their skills of social practice on the whole.
