民办高职院校90后大学生学习动力激发与培养研究——以广州城建职业学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 从激发学生自主学习内动力着手,将被动学习转化为主动学习,才是学校教育科学发展的途径。本文从创新现代学徒制教育培养模式,工学结合,优化校企合作订单式培养渠道,创造"学中做,做中学"的良好氛围;广泛应用项目驱动教学法,实现教学多元化;以赛促学,通过专业技能竞赛促进和培养学生自主学习素养的养成;营造崇学的校园文化氛围;进一步完善师资队伍建设,引进名师大师优化师资结构等五个角度探讨民办高职院校90后大学生学习动力激发与培养途径。 To inspire students active and independent learning, changing the passive learning into the active learning, that is the right way of the scientific education. This passage is about innovate the modern Apprentice-system,combination of learning with working. Optimizing the channel of the school-enterprise cooperation,customized training andcreating a good atmosphere of learning by doing. To achieve the teaching, variation, using the Projectdriven Teaching Method widely. Promote the ability of their independent learning by professional competitions. Building a good cultural atmosphere, further improve the teaching staff. Introduction of talent to optimize the structure of teachers. In summary, discuss the 90s freshman of the private college about how to inspire their learning motivation from five angles.
