三级甲等医院麻醉科亚专业设置情况现状调查

A survey of current status of anesthesia sub-specialty settings in high tertiary hospitals in China

目的调查我国三级甲等医院麻醉科亚专业设置情况。方法通过问卷的形式，调查了包括61家综合医院、4家专科医院在内的全国共65家三级甲等医院的麻醉科亚专业设置情况。结果81％的医院有独立的重症医学科。78％的医院开设有疼痛诊疗科，其中35％为独立临床科室。麻醉科进行了亚专业划分的医院占85％。有8个主要的亚专业分布于超过50％医院的麻醉科中。42％医院的麻醉科有固定的亚专业麻醉科医师。结论本次调查中的大部分三级甲等医院的麻醉科已经建立了亚专业，但亚专业的设置和亚专科医师的确认方法各医院有较大差别，有待于建立全国统一的标准。

Objective To investigate the current status of anesthesia sub-specialty settings in high tertiary hospitals in China. Methods Sixty-five high tertiary hospitals including 61 general hospitals and 4 specialized hospitals were investigated using a specially designed questionnaire. Results Among all the investigated hospitals, 81% have independent intensive care unit. Pain management department are established in 79% investigated hospitals, out of which, 35% is independent from the department of anesthesiology. The department of anesthesiology in 84% investigated hospitals have established subspeeialties. Eight main anesthesia subspeeialties are present in over 50% investigated hospitals＂ anesthesia department. Among them, 42% have fixed faculty in certain subspecialties. Conclusions Anesthesia subspecialties are well established in high tertiary hospitals in China. However, the anesthesia subspeciahy settings and the qualification of anesthesia sub -specialists varied greatly. National standards or guidelines in this area are required.
