摘要
对利用钛白副产物硫酸亚铁及氨法铁黄产生的硫酸铵制备铵铁蓝进行了研究。铵铁蓝中NH+4的质量分数影响其性质,通过调节硫酸亚铁浓度、硫酸铵浓度、硫酸铵与硫酸亚铁混合液的p H和白浆制备温度等因素,考察NH+4质量分数对铵铁蓝性质的影响,并用XRD和SEM对铵铁蓝进行了分析表征。结果表明,在硫酸铵、硫酸亚铁和亚铁氰化钠浓度均为0.2 mol/L的条件下,硫酸铵与硫酸亚铁混合溶液p H为3,白浆制备温度为70℃,热煮温度控制为90℃,经酸煮2 h后,在60℃下氧化,得到含NH+4质量分数为3.11%的铵铁蓝,其色泽明亮,各项指标均优于HG/T 3001—1999行业标准。
The preparation of ammonium iron blue is studied by using titanium white by-product FeSO4 and ammonium sulfate waste liquid from the production of iron oxide yellow as raw materials. The effect of NH4^+ content in ammonium iron blue on its properties is studied by adjusting FeSO4 concentration, (NH4 )2SO4 concentration, pH of (NH4 )2S04 and 17eSO4 mixture, reaction temperature. The results show that the ammonium iron blue with 3.11% of NH4 content can be achieved under the following conditions:0. 2 mol/L of all the concentration of (NH4 )2SO4 ,FeSO4 and Na4Fe(CN) 6,3 of pH of the mixed-solution of (NH4)2 SO4 and FeSO4 ,70℃ of the reaction temperature, boiled for 2 hours at 90℃ in sulfuric acid and 60℃ of oxidation temperature. The color of the ammonium iron blue is bright and the quality is beyond the industry standard HG/T 3001--1999.
