一种雾封层材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 以SK90#道路沥青为基质沥青,天然沥青和石油树脂为沥青改性剂,BE-3X沥青乳化剂和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚复配体系为沥青乳化剂,采用先改性后乳化方法制备了一种新型雾封层用改性乳化沥青材料,并对其性能进行测试。结果表明,制备的雾封层用改性乳化沥青具有较好的稳定性,路用性能良好,是一种具有应用前景的新型雾封层材料。 A new kind of modified emulsion asphalt for fog seal is prepared by the combination of modification and emulsion method, using SK90# road asphalt as base asphalt, natural asphalt and petroleum resins as modifier, mixture of BE-3X asphalt emulsifier and alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene as asphalt emulsifier. Its properties are also measured. The results show that the obtained fog seal coating has good stability and road performance,which is a promising and new type of fog seal material.
