溶剂法回收PVDF氟碳油漆废渣技术研究

Recycling PVDF fluorocarbon resin from waste paint by solvent method

氟碳树脂优异的化学键能在常温下很难被外力破坏,在环境中难于处理。目前国内PVDF氟碳废渣没有成熟的提取和回收技术。笔者利用氟碳树脂和其他组分溶解性质不同的原理,采用两步溶剂法,将PVDF氟碳树脂和油漆其他组分有效分开。1 kg粒径20μm氟碳废渣回收PVDF树脂的最佳试验条件为:温度为100℃,时间为4 h,二甲基甲酰胺用量为2 L,回收率能达到60%左右。

PVDF fluorocarbon coatings are widely used in the industry field. However, this kind of fluorocarbon resin is difficult to be damaged by the external force at room temperature because of their excellent chemical bond energy, which causes lots of PVDF fluorocarbon slag. At present, the recovery technology of the PVDF fluorocarbon slag is not mature in China. Based on the different dissolution properties of fluorocarbon resin and other components in solvents, a two-step solvent method is used to separate fluorocarbon resin from other components effectively. The effects of temperature,time,solvent dosage and particle size are studied. The optimal separation conditions are shown as follows： 100 ℃ of the temperature ,4 hour of the time and 2 L of DMF. The recovery rate can reach 60%.
