运行计算量较大的任务往往需要高性能集群(HPC)的支持。SGE(Sun Grid Engine)系统是Sun公司开发的开源集群管理软件。本文以实例详细介绍如何通过SGE系统向高性能计算集群提交任务,并跟踪任务的运行状况。

Running compute-intensive task requires HPC support. SGE is the open source cluster management software developed by Sun. In this paper, we use examples to illustrate how to submit task to the HPC and how to track the status of the task through SGE system.
