为配合我国高等教育的分类改革,促进地方本科高校转型升级,以应用技术大学为发展目标的改革探索已进行一段时间。地方本科高校与"双元制"模式的融合是转型的重要途径之一,可以通过建立良性的校企政三方协同运作机制、建构实用的专业课程体系、建设有效的软硬件资源、健全完善的人文素质环境等策略来实现。地方本科高校与"双元制"模式的融合,将有效促进地方经济发展,为行业、企业输送大批高素质应用型人才。

With the reform of the classification of higher education in our country, the reform and exploration for the goal to being the university of technology has been carried out for a period of time in order to promote the transformation and up- grading of local colleges and universities. It is one of the important ways of transformation to fuse the local universities and the ＂dual system＂ mode, which might be achieved through the establishment of benign cooperative operation mechanism about three party of university-enterprise-government, the construction of practical professional curriculum system, the con- struction of effective software and hardware resources, the improvement of the humanistic quality environment, etc.. The fu- sion of local universities and the ＂dual system＂ model will effectively promote the development of local economy and trans- port a large number of senior applied talents for enterprises.
