大学生涉外志愿者跨文化素质研究——以南京亚青会为例

Research on the Intercultural Competence of Foreign-related Young Volunteers——Nanjing Asian Youth Games as an example

随着经济全球化、一体化的发展与中国经济地位的提升,国际间的大型文化交流活动日益频繁,此类活动为青年志愿者提供了展示自我的舞台,但也暴露了青年志愿者服务工作的一些缺陷。鉴于此,文章分析大学生涉外志愿者跨文化活动中常见、突出的几个问题,并提出相应的对策和建议。

With the increasing status of China and the globalization and economization of the whole world, we have more and more large--scale culture communication. This kind of activities provides the young people with more chances to present themselves. Also, people find the shortcomings of the young volunteers. This paper conducts a research on them, and is trying to find out measures in order to help the volunteer work go more smoothly.
