电渗流速度检测系统设计

Design of EOF Detection System Based on MSP430 and LabVIEW

摘要 针对微通道内的微流体输运特性,设计了一种基于MSP430和Lab VIEW的数据采集系统以实现对电渗流速度的快速检测。采用前置放大电路、滤波电路、MSP430 MCU高速采样技术和串口通信技术,并结合Lab VIEW开发了上位机软件,有效完成了对电渗流流速的检测和波形的实时检测与显示。实验结果表明:电渗流速度检测系统能够快速有效地实现对微流体的电渗流平均速度的检测,电渗流的平均速度与电场强度近似呈线性关系。 Considering the micro-fluid' s transport property in micro-channels, both MSP430 and LabVIEW- based electro-osmotic flow (EOF) detection system was put forward. By adopting the technologies concerning preamplifier circuit, filter circuit, MSP430 MCU high-speed sampling and serial communication, the PC soft- ware was developed on LabVIEW to complete the EOF detection and real-time waveform display at real time. Experimental results indicate that this EOF detection system can detect the EOF' s average velocity quickly and effectively which approximately presents a linear relation with the electric field strength.
