摘要
针对在模具设计中选择和评估分模线的问题,提出一种扩展的模糊多准则决策(MCDM)方法。首先利用语言变量表示分模线备选方案的评级和准则重要性权值,然后基于这些语言值求出最终模糊评估值的隶属函数,最后通过一种新型的最大最小集排序方法将规范化加权评级解模糊成清晰值,并对备选方案进行优劣排序。通过对比实验验证了笔者所提方法的有效性。
For parting line selection and evaluation in the mould design, a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) expansion method was proposed. At first, having linguistic variables employed to express both rating and criterion weight of the parting line' s alternatives, then having these language values based to obtain mem- bership function of the fuzzy evaluation value, finally, having the normalized weighted ratings defuzzified into crisp values by using a new maximizing set and minimizing set ranking approach to determine the ranking order of alternatives. Both test and contrast experiment results prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.
