摘要
明弧堆焊工件的轮廓检测是实现堆焊过程自动化的重要环节,基于实时的工件轮廓检测数据,才可以根据堆焊参数模型实现焊接路径的动态规划的计算机自动处理。根据堆焊工艺及系统的特殊性设计了一款适用动态轮廓检测系统,估计了系统检测精度,建立了系统的模型并进行了仿真分析及Dspace半实物仿真、实际控制系统验证。结果表明,该系统在有限的轮廓变化率的条件下,满足精度设计要求。
Auto detection system of the welding workpiece contour is an important step to automatic control of welding processes.The automatic calculation of the dynamic route must be based on the real-time contour date of the welding objects. Based on the particularity of open arc welding system, this paper designs an automatic dynamic contour detection system. It also gives the way of error-estimation, performance of dynamic responds analysis. The results of real system shows:under limited radial velocity, the system meets the required precision.
