摘要
一种以硅酸盐水泥混凝土为内核主体、环氧树脂混凝土为外部包覆层的新型复合混凝土材料应用到某型号立式加工中心床身的制造,测试该复合材料的比热、导热系数、热膨胀系数等热性能参数,运用有限元分析软件Ansys workbench对床身进行稳态热分析和热-结构耦合分析,并且通过实验验证了分析结果的准确性,结果表明该复合混凝土床身与传统铸铁床身和树脂混凝土床身相比具有更好的热态性能。
A new material of composite concrete which consist of silicate reinforced cement concrete inner coal and polymer concrete external coating layer is applied to the manufacturing of a type of vertical machining center bed. Test the composite material "s thermal performance parameters, such as specific heat, thermal conductivity, thermal expansion. The steady-state thermal analysis and coupled thermal-structure analysis are made by Ansys workbench. The accuracy of analytical results is verified by experiment. The results show that the application of composite concrete machine tool bed has excellent thermal performance compared with the traditional cast iron bed and the resin composites bed.
