摘要
通过对箱体类工件的小直径深孔加工的难点分析,确定了合理的工艺方案。并设计了组合划钻、组合式浮动镗刀,配合镗模加工,保证了深孔的加工精度,提高了加工效率。在该工件的批量生产中应用效果良好,可供借鉴。
Through the difficulties analysis of small diameter deep hole processing of the workpiece, a rational technological process was determined. And the design of the combination of row drill, combined with floating boring, boring module processing, ensure the machining accuracy of deep hole, improve processing efficiency. In this work the batch production of the application effect is good, can be used for reference.
