摘要
模块化维修观点可迅速提高数控维修人员的维修技能,使之在面对其公司FANUC或SINUMERIK等系统的300余台数控机床的故障维修时可举一反三,简化机床故障分析过程,提高维修效率和缩短机床停机时间,从而根除企业生产环节的瓶颈——关键单一设备故障导致质量下滑甚至企业停产,最终达到"装备保工艺,工艺保质量,质量保效益"的目标,以期为大幅提高公司实现经济效益。
The standpoint of the modular maintenance can quickly improve the maintainer' s repair skill and make them draw inferences about other cases from one instance, simplify machines' malfunction analysis procedure, improve the repair efficiency and reduce machine down time, facing with breakdown maintenance of over 300 machine tools equipped with FANUC or SINUMERIK systemetc. Thus, enterprise production bottleneck of declining the quality or even stopping production will be eradicated by reason of the key and single equipment's breakdown, the final purpose quality, quality ensure benefit, hoping to achieve great is that equipment ensure process, process ensure economic benefit for the company.
