Development of Epoxy Anti-rust Primer Used on Magnesium Alloy Substrate

采用E20环氧树脂,以聚酰胺为固化剂,选用环境友好型磷酸盐防锈颜料,开发在镁铝合金底材上具有优秀附着力和耐盐雾性能同时具有良好的机械性能的防锈底漆,可用于汽车、工程机械、铸件等领域。

Anti-rust primer was prepared by E20 epoxy resin, polyamide as curing agent, and environmentally friendly phosphate anti-rust pigment. The prepared primer had excellent adhesion, salt spray resistance and mechanical property to be applied on magnesium alloy substrate. It could be applied in automobiles, engineering machinery and castings.
