摘要 以不饱和聚酯树脂为基料,制备了高性能机车车辆用腻子。研究了不同树脂、填料用量和触变剂用量对腻子性能的影响。结果表明,采用树脂A制备的机车车辆腻子其附着力达5.45 MPa,其柔韧性达到50 mm,各项性能符合TB/T2393-2001要求;当填料的用量为55%(质量分数)时,腻子的施工性能和打磨性能最佳;当触变剂的用量为0.5%时,腻子具有优异的施工性能;所研制腻子能满足机车车辆的应用要求。 High performance putty for locomotive was prepared by unsaturated polyester. The influence of different resin, dosage of filler and thixotropic on putty were discussed. The results showed that the putty prepared by resin A can meet the requirements of TB/T 2393-2001. The adhesion reached up to 5.45 MPa, and its flexibility reached 50 mm, When the amount of filler was about 55%(by weight), the putty exhibited good coating and sanding performances. When the amount of thixotropic reached about 0.5%, the putty had excellent application property. The prepared putty met the requirements of application in the locomotive.
