摘要
气雾漆内容物(涂料)的水含量会使金属气雾罐发生腐蚀,从而影响了气雾漆产品的稳定性。本试验选择光油作为漆料,探讨漆料中水含量与抛射剂种类、料气比和热贮存时间对气雾漆稳定性的影响。结果表明:为确保气雾产品的稳定性,以DME作为抛射剂时漆料中水含量应≤1%,以LPG作为抛射剂时水含量应≤0.5%;DME作为抛射剂,料气比为1:1时漆料中水含量应≤3%,料气比≥1.24:1时水含量应≤1%,才能确保气雾漆产品的稳定性。
The water content of paint might result in corrosion of aerosol tank, thus affecting the stability of aerosol paint products. This experiment explored the effects of the water content in varnish, the propellant type, material gas ratio, and thermal storage time on the aerosol paint stability. The results indicated that to ensure the stability of aerosol paint, when DME as propellant, the water content of varnish should be lower than 1%; when taking LPG as propellant, the water content of varnish should be less than or equal to 0.5%; When DME as propellant, material gas ratio at 1 : 1, water content in varnish should be less than or equal to 3% and material gas ratio at 1.24 : 1, water content in varnish should be controlled within 1%.
