摘要
为了解含缺陷刮板输送机传动轴的应力情况及疲劳裂纹扩展速率,以KS-500型双链刮板输送机主动链轮组的传动轴为例,在对传动轴进行有限元分析的基础上,利用子模型技术对缺陷处的应力及疲劳裂纹扩展趋势进行了详细分析。研究结果为矿用重要轴类零件的结构完整性分析提供了一种新的方法。
To understand the stress distribution and the fatigue crack growth ratio of defective transmission shaft of the scraper conveyor, the paper took the transmission shaft of the sprocket assembly of a KS-500 double-stranded scraper conveyor as the example, and applied sub-model technology to detailedly analyze the stress and fatigue crack growth tendency of the defective zone after FEA on the transmission shaft. The study results offered a new method for structural integrity analysis on important mine-used shaft-like parts.
