矿用自卸车冷却系统导流罩结构对散热特性的影响研究

Study on impact of structure of air deflector of cooling system in mine-used dump truck on cooling performance

摘要 采用一维-三维耦合仿真的方法,利用FLUENT和GT-Power/Cool软件建立三维矿用自卸车热管理模型和发动机及其冷却系统一维数值模型。在对发动机舱流场、温度场及冷却系统内部温度进行分析的基础上,研究了导流罩结构与冷却效率之间的关系。分析结果表明,相对于传统导流罩,采用U型导流罩的冷却系统冷却能力更强,冷却常数可降低2.33%。 With 1D-3D coupling simulation method, the paper applied FLUENT and GT-Power/Cool to build the 3D thermal management model of a mine-used dump truck and 1D numerical model of the engine and its cooling system. After analyzing the flow field and the temperature field of the engine hood as well as the temperature inside the cooling system, the paper studied the relationship between the structure of the air deflector and the cooling efficiency. The analysis results showed: the cooling system with U-shaped air deflector had higher cooling efficiency than that of the cooling system with traditional air deflector, the cooling constant decreased by 2.33%.
