调绳装置主板的结构优化设计

摘要 利用Solid Works软件对调绳装置的主板进行三维建模,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件,对其结构进行了有限元静力学分析;以主板的关键尺寸为设计参数,并以主板的质量、最大变形量和最大等效应力为目标参数进行结构优化设计,在满足工况要求的基础上得到最佳尺寸,为主板的设计提供了依据。 SolidWorks was applied to create 3D model of the main board of the rope-adjusting device, and ANSYS Workbench was applied to conduct finite element statics analysis on the main board. After that, the key dimensions of the main board served as the design parameters, as well as the mass, maximum deformation and maximum equivalent stress served as the objective parameters, and then the structural optimization design of the main board was conducted. Thus the optimal dimensions were obtained on the premise of satisfying the requirements of operation modes, which offered reference for the design of the main board,
