摘要
通过对某大型多缸液压圆锥破碎机工作过程的分析,得知在其工作过程中关键部件受载具有复杂多变的特点。首先通过离散元软件EDEM来模拟该型破碎机的破碎过程,获得更加贴近实际的外载荷数据;然后通过与有限元软件Patran的有效耦合,对关键部件进行有限元分析,从而得出更加准确的计算结果,为破碎机关键部件性能的改进提供了新的思路。
Based on the analysis on the operation process of a large multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, it was obtained that the key components of the crusher were characterized by complicated and variable load during operation of the crusher. First, EDEM was applied to simulate the crushing process of the crusher, thus it was concluded that the data about external load was more close to actual status. And then, the effective coupling with Patran was conducted so as to carry out FEA on key components, thus more accurate calculation results were achieved, which offered new idea for improvement of the key components of the crusher.
