2FG-38大型双螺旋分级机的关键技术及应用前景

摘要 我国现有螺旋分级机不能与直径大于3.2 m的球磨机组成自流连接,且一直沿用最初从前苏联引进的结构形式,针对此问题开发了2FG-38大型双螺旋分级机。通过改变其传动型式和下部支座等关键部件,使结构更加简单,增加了使用寿命,实现了与MQG3660型或MQG4060型球磨机形成磨矿回路,具有广泛的应用前景。 Existing domestic spiral classifiers fail to build a gravitational-flow connection with the ball mill whose diameter is bigger than 3.2 m. To this day, the structural style initially introduced from Soviet Union has been used. In view of this, 2FG-38 large-scale duplex spiral classifier was developed. After optimization of its drive style and such key components as lower pedestal etc., the classifier was simpler in structure and longer in service lifespan, thus the grinding circuit combining the classifier with MQG3660 or MQG4060 ball mill was achieved. The large-scale spiral classifier had a variety of application field.
