摘要
唐口选煤厂粗煤泥的可选性为难选,当粗精煤灰分要求9.0%左右时,粗煤泥可选性为难选,原用的干扰床分选机不能满足生产要求。工艺改造后,采用煤泥重介旋流器分选粗煤泥,稳定生产时,精煤灰分为9.61%,精煤产率为43.74%,尾煤灰分为51.72%,数量效率为74.54%,可能偏差为0.08,精煤带矸率为4.95%,尾煤带煤率为22.50%,分选效果良好,但存在尾煤带煤现象,需进行工艺优化。
Due to the refractory property of the coarse coal slime in Tangkou Coal Washery, while the ash content of the coarse clean coal was required as around 9%, original teeter-bed separator cannot meet the production requirements. After process transformation, slime dense-medium cyclone was applied to separate the coarse coal slime, the ash content of clean coal reached 9.61%, the yield of clean coal reached 43.74% and the ash content of tailings reached 51.72%. The recovery efficiency was 74.54%, the possible deviation was 0.08, the ratio of gangue in clean coal was 4.95% and the ratio of gangue in tailings was 22.50%. In spite of excellent separation effects, the tailings contained gangue, so the process needed optimization.
