基于显式动力学的齿轮故障分析

摘要 为了研究齿轮裂纹故障对齿轮传动的影响,笔者运用ANSYS LS-DYNA软件,在相同材料、参数及动载荷曲线下,对正常齿轮和故障齿轮进行显式动力学分析。齿轮的动载荷曲线由Solid Works与Lab VIEW组成的虚拟样机生成,在同一运行状态下,对比两对齿轮相同时刻点应力云图和应变云图,可以看到齿轮内部应力变化。齿轮啮合的冲击碰撞影响齿轮加速度,因此,需采集对比齿轮的加速度曲线。模拟结果表明,正常齿轮的加速度波动平稳、加速度值较小,而裂纹齿轮加速度振幅和加速度值较大,与试验结果基本一致。 In order to research the influence of gear crack on gear transmission, the paper used ANSYS LS-DYNA to conduct explicit dynamics on normal gear and cracked gear at the same material, parameters and dynamic load. The dynamic load of the gear was abstracted fi'om the virtual prototype obtained by applying SolidWorks and LabVIEW. In the same operation mode, the stress and the strain contours of two pairs of gear at the same time point were contrasted, and intuitive variation of the stress inside the gear was obtained. Since the impact collision affected the gear acceleration during gear meshing process, the variation curve of gear acceleration was gathered. Simulation results showed the acceleration of the normal gear fluctuated stably with small values, while the acceleration of the cracked gear fluctuated greatly with large values. It was generally consistent with the test results.
