摘要
将某矿用扒渣机的三维实体模型导入ADAMS建立刚性体模型,利用ANSYS生成小臂模态式柔性体,然后创建小臂刚柔耦合仿真模型。通过模态分析和ADAMS仿真,得到了小臂前6阶振型和应变分布,为工作机构小臂的设计及结构优化提供了依据。
The 3D solid model of a mine-used mucking loader was imported into ADAMS so as to establish the rigid model, and then modal flexible body of the forearm generated in ANSYS. After that, the rigid-flexible coupling simulation model of the forearm was built. After modal analysis and ADAMS simulation, the vibration modes of preceding six orders of the forearm and the strain distribution were obtained. The results offered reference for design and structural optimization of the forearm of the manipulator.
