摘要
采用实验室立式螺旋搅拌磨机对石英砂进行磨矿试验研究,初步确定适合该机型的运行参数。对新疆某铁精矿进行选型试验研究,得到该矿石的单位磨矿能耗为11.82 k W·h/t,根据试验结果推荐选用装机功率为630 k W的KLM-630型立式螺旋搅拌磨机作为该项目的细磨设备。该磨机自投入运行以来完全能满足工艺指标要求,表明利用实验室立式螺旋搅拌磨机测定矿石的单位磨矿能耗,可为工业立式螺旋搅拌磨机的选型提供科学的指导依据。
A lab vertical screw stirred mill was used to conduct grinding test of silica sand, and operating parameters suitable for the mill was initially determined. A certain iron concentrate from Xinjiang was applied to conduct sizing test, and specific grinding energy consumption of the iron concentrate was determined as 11.82 kW. h/t. According to this test results, KLM-630 vertical screw stirred mill whose installed power was 630 kW was selected as the fine grinding equipment of the project. After the mill being put into use, technical indexes were satisfied completely, which showed the measurement of specific energy consumption of the ore grinding with the lab vertical screw stirred mill could offer scientific guidance for sizing of the industrial vertical screw stirred mill.
