3Mt/a赤铁矿球团厂干燥设备的选型与结构设计

Sizing and structural design of dryer in 3 Mt/a hematite pellet production line

摘要 根据用户3 Mt/a赤铁矿球团生产线的要求,对干磨工艺系统中的干燥设备进行了选型设计。并通过热工和选型计算,利用EDEM软件对物料撒料情况进行仿真分析,对其筒体内部结构及关键技术进行了深入研究,设计研制了φ6 m×40 m干燥机。该设备具有结构合理先进、处理量大、工作性能可靠且干燥能力强等特点。 According to requirements of the user for 3 Mt/a hematite pellet production line, sizing design of the dryers of the dry grinding process was conducted, and material scattering situation was simulated and analyzed by using EDEM after thermal calculation and sizing calculation. In addition, internal structure of the drum and key technology were deeply studied, and φ6 x 40 m dryer was developed. The dryer was characterized by advanced structure, reliable performance, large throughput and strong drying ability.
