美国“农业安全网计划”2014年新政研究 被引量：10

摘要 "农业安全网计划"是美国《农场法》中的重要农业政策法案,新法案2013年修订,2014年开始实施。该文基于"农业安全网计划"的基本结构——农产品价格支持及补贴政策与机制、联邦农作物保险政策与机制、作物灾害救助计划政策与机制,分析了2014年新政的内容变化及当下引起的争议,并就2014—2018年新政的实施进行了政策展望。
