摘要
利用直接测汞法对酵母中微量总汞进行快速分析测定。样品无需消解处理,直接进样,采用金质媒介吸附,形成金汞齐,高温加热释放汞单质,由冷原子吸收光谱法进行测试。总汞含量在0~10ng范围内,二次线性相关系数好(R2=1),样品加标回收率(n=6)为96.7%~100.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD )为1.2%~2.6%,方法检出限为0.063μg·kg -1。同时与原子荧光光谱法测试结果进行对比,分析结果一致。本方法准确度高、稳定性好、分析速度快,可用于酵母中总汞含量的检测。
Rapid determination of trace mercury in yeast w as carried out by direct mercury analyzer. The method does not require any sample digestion ,allows sample to direct inject ,uses a gold amalgamator to hold mercury vapour and form gold amalgamation. Then the sample is heated through a high tempera‐ture and the mercury is released and tested by atomic absorption spectrometry. In the range of 0‐10 ng ,the square linear correlation of standard curve is very well (R2 = 1). The recovery is between 96.7% and 100.8% (n=6) ,and the relative standard deviation of this method (n=6) is in the interval of 1.2%‐2.6% .The limit of detection is calculated to be 0.063μg·kg-1. The determination results of automatic mercury analyzer are compared whith that of atomic fluorescence spectrometry ,the results show they are in agreement. This method has good accuracy and repeatability and fit the determination of trace mercury in yeast.
