摘要
针对传统十八辊轧机板形调控手段有限,对轧制过程中出现的复杂的板形难以进行控制,制约了其应用范围的情况,提出一种对侧支撑摆臂进行分段设计,每段对应增加位移微调装置的改进方案。改进后的十八辊轧机,侧支撑可以分段独立调整,使工作辊沿轧制方向产生弯曲,进而控制带材的板形。改进后,十八辊轧机的板形调控手段得到扩展,调控复杂板形的能力得到提高。
Regarding few of strip profile adjust and control methods causing difficult control for the complicated profile during rolling process and the application is accordingly constrained in the traditional 18-hi rolling mill, the paper set forth the upgrading plan with several sections of lateral supporting swinging arm and addition of position fine tunning unit correspond to each section. The upgraded 18-hi rolling mill has the lateral supporting with independent adjusting functiorl of each section so as to enhance the work roll bending along to the rolling direction and furtherly to control the strip profile. The upgraded mill has possessed the enlarged adjust and control availability and higher capability.
