江苏省不同收入水平农村居民消费特征分析

Analysis on Consumption Characters of Rural Residents of Different Income Levels in Jiangsu Province

为分析研究不同收入水平的农村居民消费规律及消费结构与收入之间的关系,运用对应分析方法对2003年和2013年江苏省不同收入水平的农村居民人均消费支出构成的两组样本数据进行分析和对比,得到其消费特征和消费支出结构的变化信息。结果表明,现阶段江苏低收入农村居民在医疗保健消费支出的比重加大;中等收入农村居民的消费结构呈现多样化,与衣着、家庭设备用品及服务、食品和文化教育娱乐用品及服务等消费类别关系密切;高收入农村居民在居住、交通和通讯方面的消费支出比重较大,且远高于其他收入水平农户。在此基础上提出增加农村居民收入、加强农村公共服务、提高农村新型合作医疗水平和开拓农村消费市场等对策建议,为江苏制定农村消费政策,开拓农村消费市场,提升农村居民消费水平提供依据。

For the purpose of analyzing and studying the consumption rules and relationship betweenthe income and the consumption structure of rural residents of different income levels, the paper presentedanalysis and comparison on two waves of sample data of the annual per capita consumption expenditure ofrural residents of different income levels in 2003 and 2013 in Jiangsu Province by using correspondenceanalysis to get change information of the consumption feature and consumption structure. The results showedthat, the proportion of health care consumer spending of the low-income rural residents was increasing;consumption structure of middle income rural residents had diversified, which were closely related toclothing, family equipment thing and service, food, cultural and educational entertainment products andservice; the proportion of housing, transport and communications consumer spending of the high incomerural residents was increasing. On the basis of this, several suggestions were put forward, such as increasingthe income of rural residents, strengthening rural public service, improving the new rural cooperativemedical levels and developing rural consumption market to provide the foundation for making the ruralconsumption policy, developing rural consumption market and lifting rural resident’s consumption levels inJiangsu Province.
