摘要
该文通过分段式教学模式下高职课程质量现状的问卷调研,总结了影响佛山职业技术学院课程质量的因素,进而以全面质量管理(TQM)理论为基础,借鉴"戴明环"来重构分段式教学模式下的课程质量保证体系,对专业人才培养方案中的理论课、理实一体化课、实践课进行课程设置、课程实施、课程评价方面的改革,实现课程优化,以提升高职课程教学质量。
Through the questionnaire survey of higher vocational curriculum quality of sectional teaching mode, the paper summarizes the influencing factors of the quality of courses of Foshan Polytechnic College. Based on TQM theory, the paper reconstructs the curriculum quality assurance system of sectional teaching mode by Dai Minghuan. The curriculum quality assurance system reforms curriculum arrangement, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation of theory course, theory and practice course, practice course in professional talent training scheme in order to achieve curriculum optimization and improve the quality of vocational courses.
