摘要 在火力发电厂中,凝结水溶氧是凝结水质的重要指标之一。华能宁夏大坝发电有限责任公司300MW凝汽式机组凝结水溶氧超标,该文就负压部分不严密漏入空气、进入凝汽器的补水中含有大量氧气、凝结水过冷却、进入凝汽器的其它疏水含氧量高、凝结水溶氧超标等多种可能性进行分析,找出原因之后,采取在疏水箱上部加装喷淋降温装置等方法,将凝结水溶氧控制在正常范围,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。 In fire power station, dissolved oxygen in condensation is an important indicator of the condensate water quality. The dissolved oxygen of the 300MW water condensing steam turbine in Ningxia Daba Power Generation Limited Company in Huaneng exceeds the standard. In this paper, negative pressure part is not tight leaked into the air, supplemental water into condenser contains a large amount of oxygen, the condensed water is cooled, hydrophobic into condenser contains the high oxygen, and dissolved oxygen exceeds the standard and its possibilities which are analyzed. After finding out the reasons, spray cooling device is added the upper part of the drain tank. Dissolved oxygen in condensate is controlled in the normal range of measures, in order to ensure safe and stable operation of the unit.
