依法治国视野下消防法律体系现状及对策

Brief Analysis on Present Situation and Measures of Fire Protection Legal System in China from the View of Rule by Law

目前我国已经初步形成了以《消防法》、地方性法规及行政规章为主要内容的消防法律体系。但随着我国经济和科学技术的快速发展,现代公共安全体系及人民群众对消防安全提出了更高更新的要求,而现行消防法律体系的局限性就成为制约消防工作发展的不利因素。探讨建立分类管理、内容具体、标准补充的消防法律体系已经成为当前消防工作的当务之急。

At present our country has included Fire Protection Law, Local Laws and Administrative Regulations. With the rapid development of our economy and science technology, fire safety has been confronted with severe challenges from modern public security system and the general public. But the boundedness of fire protection legal system has restricted the development of fire service. Discussion on forming a more perfect fire legal system has become the priority of developing and deepening fire control work.
