The application of EPON technology in the leased building is researched, such as voice communication, broadband network, television. The characteristics and structure of EPON technology is analyzed, the EPON network schemes in the high density rental building is showed based on a case of an office and commercial complex rental building, the traditional scheme of this case is also provided to compare with the EPON scheme on the technical, economy and management area. The conclusion that the application of EPON technology has superiority in rental buildings is made, which provides reference for the application of EPON technology in the rental office building.
