综合干预在降低精神病患者危险行为中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Intervention in Reducing Psychotic Risk Behaviors

目的对综合干预在降低精神病患者危险行为中的作用进行探讨。方法选取2013年1月-2014年1月收治的精神病患者120例作为研究对象,通过分析患者危险性行为的因素,给予患者综合干预,观察患者在综合干预前后危险性行为发生率的变化,并对干预前后进行病例诊断复核及肇事肇祸危险性评估。结果与综合干预前比较,干预后患者危险性行为发生率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;与干预前比较,经综合干预后患者病情治疗疗效明显提高,干预前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合干预能够明显地降低精神病患者危险性行为发生率,对精神病患者的精神康复具有积极的促进作用。

Objective To explore the role of comprehensive intervention in reducing the risk behavior of psychotic patients.Method 120 cases of psychotic patients who came for treatment from January 2013 to January 2014 were included in this study. Through analyzing the factors of the risk behavior of psychotic patients and providing comprehensive intervention measures, observed the change of the incidence of risk behaviors of psychotic patients after intervention. Reviewed the case diagnosis and made accident risk assessment before and after the intervention.Results Compared with the incidence of risk behaviors of psychotic patients before comprehensive intervention, the incidence significantly decreased after intervention with statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. The curative effect of psychotic patients was significantly improved after intervention with statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive intervention measures can significantly reduce the incidence of risk behaviors. It plays a positive role in promoting the mental rehabilitation of psychotic patients.
