摘要 目的探讨5S管理模式在病区环境管理的实践效果及对护士责任感提升作用。方法从2013年12月开始在病区内实施整理、整顿、清扫、维持、素养的5S管理模式,比较实施前后病区护理质量、护士满意度、患者满意度、护士责任感、护士长可信赖感。结果 5S管理模式实施后,病区急救药品完好率、无菌药品合格率、仪器设备完好率显著升高,护理缺陷发生率显著降低(P<0.05);护士对办公环境满意率、治疗室、配药室环境满意率、病区环境满意率显著升高(P<0.05);患者对住院环境满意率和医务人员工作态度满意率显著升高(P<0.05)。5S管理模式实施后护士责任感、护士长可信赖感得分显著升高,与实施前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 5S管理模式能够树立护士正确的现场管理理念,规范现场、提高效率、减少浪费,以此改变护士的工作习惯,增强护士的归属感。 Objective To explore the effect of 5S management model on managing ward environment and improving nurses' sense of responsibility. Methods We started to implement 5S management model, including seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu and shitsuke, in wards from December 2013. Nursing quality, nurses' satisfaction, patients' satisfaction, nurses' sense of responsibility and head nurses' credibility before and after the implementation of 5S management model were compared.Results After the implementation of 5S management model, the intact rate of ward first-aid medicine, the qualified rate of sterile drug and the intact rate of instrument and equipment increased significantly and the incidence rate of nursing defects reduced significantly (P〈0.05); Nurses' satisfaction rate with environment of work place, treatment room, dispensing room and ward increased significantly (P〈0.05); Patients' satisfaction rate with inpatient environment and work attitude of medical personnel increased significantly (P〈0.05). After the implementation of 5S management model, the scores of nurses' sense of responsibility and head nurses' credibility increased significantly (P〈0.05).Conclusion 5S management model can set up the right concept of scene management for nurses, regulate scene procedure, improve efficiency and reduce waste. Therefore, the working habit of nurses could be improved and nurses' sense of responsibility could be strengthened.
