民族地区青少年心理资本与生活事件的关系

On the Relationship between the Psychological Capital and Life Events of Adolescents in Areas Inhabited by Ethnic Minorities

目的了解民族地区青少年心理资本和生活事件的基本特征及关系。方法采用积极心理资本问卷(PPQ)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)对云南省芒市地区2 327名青少年学生进行调查研究。结果民族地区青少年的生活事件处于轻度水平,其中学习压力因子得分最高;心理资本较为积极,其中希望因子得分最高。性别、民族、居住地、出生情况、家庭结构、家庭月收入因素对民族地区青少年心理资本、生活事件具有明显影响。民族地区青少年心理资本的韧性、乐观、希望与生活事件具有显著的相关性(r=-0.321,-0.167,-0.103,均P<0.01),韧性、希望、自我效能可联合预测民族地区青少年生活事件变异的12.6%。结论民族地区青少年的心理资本与生活事件之间具有显著的相关性,心理资本的韧性、希望对生活事件具有明显的负向预测效应,而自我效能对生活事件则具有明显的正向预测效应。

Objective To understand the basic features of the psychological capital and life events of adolescents in areas inhabited by ethnic minorities and the relationship of the two.Method To conduct a survey and research on 2 327 adolescents of the Mangshi area of Yunnan Province by means of PPQ and ASLEC.Results The life events of the juveniles of the areas inhabited by ethnic minorities were on a light level,among which the academic pressure factor had the highest grades.The psychological capital was rather active,among which the highest grades went to the hope factor.The psychological capital and life events of the juveniles of the areas inhabited by ethnic minorities received marked influences from factors such as gender,ethnicity,location of residence,birth situation,family structure,and family income.The resilience,optimism,and hope factors of the psychological capital of the juveniles of areas inhabited by ethnic minorities had a market correlation with the life events（r=-0.321,-0.167,-0.103,P〈0.01）.Factors such as resilience,hope,and self efficiency could jointly predict 12.6% of the variations of the life events of juveniles of the areas of ethnic minorities.Conclusion The psychological capital and the life events of the juveniles in areas of ethnic minorities assume a marked correlation.The resilience and hope of the psychological capital have an obvious inverse predictive effect on life events,while the self efficiency has an obvious direct predictive effect on life events.
