大学生艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况调查

An Investigation into University Students′Knowledge About AIDS

目的调查大学生对艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况,为有针对性地开展大学生艾滋病预防工作提供依据。方法选取广州某大学1 280名大学生进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果大学生对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率均超过80.00%;男生对"发生无保护的性行为会感染艾滋病"、"正确使用安全套可减少艾滋病感染"、"只和一个性伴侣发生性行为可减少艾滋病的传播"的知晓率明显高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。文科学生对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率均明显高于理科学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大学生对艾滋病相关知识的知晓程度较高,但仍需高度重视。同时,应根据学生的具体情况开展有针对性的艾滋病相关知识宣教工作,以降低大学生感染艾滋病的风险。

Objective To investigate university students′knowledge about AIDS and to provide basis for university students′AIDS prevention.Method 1 280 students were selected to do questionnaires and the results were analyzed.Results More than 80.00% of university students had AIDS knowledge.Male students knew more than female students in terms of the concepts that ＂ unprotected sex would be infected with HIV;correct use of condoms would reduce HIV infection;making love with one sexual partner would decline the spread of AIDS＂.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Students of liberal arts knew more than students of social science.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion University students have great understanding of AIDS knowledge,but they have to pay more attention to it.Meanwhile,it is necessary to conduct propaganda and education about AIDS information according to students′individual situation in order to decrease the risk of infection.
