云南西畴、马关和宣威产阳荷根药材重金属含量的检测

Detection of the heavy metal content from Xichou Maguan and Xuanwei in Yunnan province.

目的:检测云南西畴、马关和宣威产阳荷根药材中重金属铅、镉、砷、汞和铜的含量。方法:采用ICP-MS检测。结果:铅、镉、砷、汞和铜的总量:西畴7.39 mg/kg,马关54.10 mg/kg,宣威21.46 mg/kg。结论:云南西畴、马关和宣威产阳荷根药材中重金属含量有一定差异。

Objective ： Detection of the heavy metal content about Pd Cd As Hg and Cu in Zingiber striolatum Diels which originate from Xichou Maguan and Xuanwei in Yunnan province.[ Method] Adopting by the ICP 7.39 mg,/kg, Maguan54. 1 mg/kg, MS detection. Result：The gross content about Pd Cd As Hg and Cu： Xichou Xuanwei 21.46mg/kg. Conclusion ： There are certain difference quantity in the heavy metal content about Pd Cd As Hg and Cu in Zingiber striolatum Diels which originate from Xichou Maguan and Xuanwei in Yunnan province.
