摘要
为了提高模具热疲劳抗力、延长模具使用寿命,采用等离子喷涂修复失效的热作模具,利用X射线衍射物相分析和电子扫描显微镜观察等手段分析等离子喷涂制备纳米陶瓷涂层的形成机理。结果表明:利用Al2O3/Ti O2陶瓷纳米材料作为喂料可使热作模具表面显微硬度平均为HV 1 056.5,平均摩擦因数为0.74,各项物理指标均提高了。该方法达到了热作模具的使用要求,具有一定的借鉴作用。
In order to improve the mold thermal fatigue resistance and prolong service life,adopt plasma spray to repair the failure of hot-workdie. X-ray diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscopy analytical techniques were employed to study the formation mechanism of the ceramic coating nano-layer generated by plasma spray. The results indicate that Al2O3/ TiO2 nano ceramic material as feedcanmakethe average surface micro-hardness 1 056. 5 HV,and the average friction coefficient 0. 74. Eventually,all physical indicators were improved to reach the application requirements of hotwork dies. This method meet the requirements of hot-work dies,and has certain reference.
