摘要
针对当前计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)系统所涉及方面广泛且复杂,若工艺决策目标定的过高,那么CAPP系统实用性和通用性相对较差这一现实问题,提出运用模糊数学建立工艺推理模型的方案。把尺寸精度、加工精度、表面粗糙度等工艺参数与加工方案建立模糊关系,结合模糊数学中的综合评定确立最终的加工方案。将该方法应用在数控铣床主轴孔特征加工方案决策,应用结果表明该方案可行,能够较好解决CAPP系统的工艺推理问题。
Aiming at current CAPP systems involved extensive and complex,if the target was set too high,the practicality and versatility of CAPP system are relatively poor,fuzzy mathematics was proposed to establish the process reasoning model. Established the fuzzy relation between processing scheme and dimensional accuracy,precision,surface roughness,combined fuzzy mathematics comprehensive assessment to establish the final processing program. This method was used in CNC milling machine spindle hole features processing scheme. Application results show that the scheme is feasible,can better solve the problem of CAPP system process reasoning.
