摘要
为了更好地解决配置设计过程中层次不清晰和配置过程复杂化的问题,提出了一种二级联合优化的配置设计方法。在保证配置结果准确性的前提下,梳理简化了配置过程。将配置过程分为两级,首先用层次分析法计算客户基本功能需求权重,利用功能相似度原理求出满足客户基本功能需求的一级配置结果;然后用技术-经济综合评价的方法对一级配置结果进行零件层的配置并选出最终配置方案。最后用实例验证了方法的可行性,提高配置效率,降低产品开发成本。
In order to better solve the problems of level not clear in the configuration design process and configuration process too complicated,this paper proposed a new method of bilevel configuration design and built the corresponding product family configuration model. The method simplified the configuration progress without losing the configuration accuracy. The progress was separated by two parts,first level configuration based on function similarity theory and second level configuration based on technical-economic comprehensive evaluation. Finally an example was used to verify the feasibility,the method can improve the configuration efficiency,reduce product development costs.
