摘要
作为过滤器的支撑结构,过滤器框架的强度对于过滤段的性能有重要影响。若过滤器框架强度不好,框架会变形、塌陷,影响机组的过滤性能,送风品质会降低。首先采用数值的方法研究4种不同结构的过滤器框架在1000 Pa的应用环境下的强度,并且分析过滤器模块使用的板材厚度对强度的影响。然后采用实验的方法对最终采用结构的过滤器框架进行验证,得出新型高密封性模块式过滤器框架可以满足1000 Pa应用环境下的强度要求。研究结果可为高密封性模块式过滤器框架的结构设计提供依据。
As the filter support structure, Strength of the filter frame had an important influence on the performance of air handling units filter segment. If the filter frame strength was not enough, filter frame would deform or collapse, then affected the filtration performance of the unit, thus air quality would be reduced. Firstly, the numerical method was used to study 4 filter frame with different structures applied inl000Pa environment and the influence of the plate thickness of the filter module was analyzed. Then a experimental was done to verify the eventual structure of the filter frame. The results showed that the new high sealability modular filter frame could meet the strength requirement in 1000Pa application environment, and could provide the basis for the structural design of high sealability modular filter frame.
