摘要 LLC是一种优良的电源转换拓扑,特别在LED模组在向高电压低电流方向发展时,LLC成为了LED驱动非常合适的选择。LLC在宽范围输出电压恒流源设计中存在着挑战,很难兼顾高效率、低的EMI和宽的输出电压范围。数字电源在整体成本、功能可扩展性、可靠性、调光、通信等方面具有明显的优势。本文针对问题提出了新的设计思路,并用数字式的方法去实现了一台200W数字式恒流源样机,在两倍的输出电压范围内实现系统效率94%以上,同时具有良好的EMI性能。 The LLC is a kind of high power converter topology, especially, with the growing trend of the LED module be in high voltage & low current. LLC has become a very appropriate choice of LED driver. The challenge exist in LLC design of wide voltage output constant current source , it is difficult to give attention to both high efficiency and low EMI and wide range of output voltage. Digital power supply with distinct advantage regarding as the overall cost, functionality, scalability, reliability, dimmer, the communication etc.This paper aims to put forward the new design concept of problem solving. A 200w prototype digital constant current source approached with digital processing, and 94% up system efficiency reached within twice as output of the voltage, as well as a good EMI performance fulfilled.
