摘要
今年初,《交通运输部关于加快现代航运服务业发展的意见》出台,提出我国要加快现代航运服务业发展,到2020年基本形成功能齐备、服务优质、高效便捷、竞争有序的现代航运服务业体系。“十二五”期间,我国内河航运业实现了快速发展,其现状如何,又存在哪些亟待打破的“瓶颈”?为此,本刊本期特推出一组相关报道,以飨读者。
As one of the Chinese main inland water channels, the Yangtze River plays a critical role in the Middle East logistic communication. However, opposite to its due attention, compared with oeean shipping, Yangtze shipping has enormous weakness in port infrastructure, ship model standardization and supporting collecting and distribution system. We are justified in believing that with the government rising concern for the section and coordinated effort of all sides, the above prohlem will be readily solved and Yangtze shipping will uhimately break the ice and set sail.
